My father, David Dolginow, started the diamond business in downtown Kansas City in 1928. In 1955, he went on to open "Dolgin's House of Name Brands." Dolgin's grew to nine stores across the Midwest and carried a wide rang of products, specializing in jewelry. As a young boy, I contributed to the family business by learning how to sort diamonds from my Dad. More importantly, my dad taught me the two most important aspects of business - absolute integrity and top-quality service. As a tribute to my Dad, whom I miss each day, we changed the name of our store from Diamond Expressions to Dolgin's Diamond Center.

Although my Dad passed away many years ago, I always remember and use the principles he taught me - to gain business through impeccable ethics, exquisite engagement and wedding rings, and competitive prices. It has been our tradition for two generations to serve clients with warm, caring service and it continues each day in our store.

If any of your existing jewelry is in disrepair, we also have the ability to do almost any repair in house. Our jeweler has over 20 years experience repairing the most intricate pieces of jewelry.
