Trying to accommodate all the desires of my clients is a key part of my job as a jeweler.

Two rings before

About a year ago, a friend of my son contacted me to find the perfect engagement ring setting and diamond. We picked out a beautiful 18 karat white gold setting with sapphire and diamond accents and a .89 carat round brilliant center diamond, excellent cut, with a Diamond Dossier from the Gemological Institute of America.                         

The client seemed to be very satisfied with the beautiful white gold ring. As time moved on, my client was concerned that his fiance actually wanted a yellow gold ring to continue family tradition. He contacted me unsure of what to do about this dilema. I told him that the first rule of selling jewelry is that the client must be happy. Jewelry should always make people happy and if there is a problem, it is my job to fix it.

After many conversations we decided to remake the ring in 18 karat yellow gold and to custom make a matching diamond wedding band. I gave them full credit for the original white gold engagement ring and moved their beautiful diamond to the new yellow gold ring. The clients also picked out a gents wedding band to match, in 18 karat yellow gold.

As a private jeweler my goal is to accommodate any customer request without all the red tape of the large jewelry stores.
