A client came in with a collection of jewelry from the past that she wanted to turn into some items that could be worn on a daily basis fitting her taste and lifestyle.
We first broke up her existing jewelry and sorted the gemstones by size and quality to figure out how they could be used in a pendant and ring. After breaking out all of her diamonds we had just under 2.0 carats of loose stones to be incorporated into new jewelry.
Our client saw a cross outside of an old church in rural Kansas and thought the design was so unique that she wanted a pendant inspired by the image. With her help we drew designs of the cross and picked the diamonds that would best fit.
The second phase of the project was designing a ring made in 14k white gold based upon a picture the client brought in, using the client's marquise diamond in the center and as many of her other diamonds as possible.
