A client approached us with an intricate custom project to combine diamonds from many generations into a ring she could wear on a daily basis.
A client heard about our reputation for crafting fine custom jewelry. She brought in many pieces of jewelry from the past that she wished to use in a new ring. One of the design aspects she requested was to make the ring two toned so it could be worn with her mother's yellow gold wedding ring along with her white gold jewelry. Another design request was to create a design so the diamonds flowed in the ring so they looked like they were always meant to go together.
After working with the client and listening to her wishes we did drawings for the client to approve. After approval of the design we had a CAD/CAM model made which was also approved. From here the ring was cast into two-tone 14k gold, set and finished.
Here are pictures that show the progression of this project.
Working with our clients to combine the past into the present is one of our favorite aspects of being in the jewelry business. Bring in your jewelry from the past and we will create a beautiful custom piece for now and the future.
