Why Same-Day Or While You Wait Or One Hour Ring Resizings Are Bad.

Second, you procrastinated, and then decided to wear a particular ring and need it quickly. I have found myself in similar circumstances with our accessories. The strong attachment to a cherished object means I want to limit the amount of time I am separated from it. Likewise, I need to wear a piece that evening, so the sense of urgency is there.

Some jewelers offer ring resizing in an hour or while you wait or same-day. This service accommodates the scenarios above. However, I am strongly against it and do not offer it and suggest against it.

Normal sizings take us about five business days.

Another important point that so many jewelers chose to ignore. Making a ring especially those more intricate rings with diamonds in the shank or halos should be made in the correct size. The ring will wear much better and the likelihood of losing diamonds goes down significantly.
